The time differences meant I was getting up to play at 6am or 7am on a Sunday morning, but it was worth it. Thomas and I have been playing RPGs together since the middle 90's (92 or 93, probably) and so when he was in the Middle East working in November 2014, and our other longtime friend John was in Japan, we decided to try giving Roll20 a shot so we could get our gaming fix.
